Old and New graduates of Glasgow School of Art.
We are delighted to be once again showing new work from some of the recent graduates of Glasgow School of Art and thought it would be interesting if we could juxtapose their work with older graduates from Glasgow School of Art's differnt modern eras.
With established artists such as Christine Borland, Scott Campbell and Philip Reeves hanging next to up and coming new graduates Ella Clogstoun, Yukako and Akiko Ueda, to name only a sample of the participating artists, the exhibition vibrates yet the line between Old and New is completely blurred to the extent that it is almost impossible to distinguish between the two.
We are also delighted that Helen Shaddock a recent graduate who created a lovely installation for the show has agreed to join the Pentagon Gallery and help to run and hopefully establish the studios at the Pentagon Centre.
