Pentagon Gallery

The Pentagon Gallery as it was set up by Cathy Richmond and subsequently run by fellow artists will no longer exist in the Pentagon Centre. Due to lack of support and a short sighted outlook on the part of the pentagon management we who run the exhibition space have been left with no other option than to withdraw our free services which were taken for granted and which in the end was a one sided affair. We would like to thank the staff in the pentagon centre for all their help and support over the years and wish them all the best. We would also ask that any artists that believe they may have work still in the possesion of the Pentagon Centre to get in touch with the pentagon administration by email or telephone and arrange to pick up their work. glasgowadmin@bizspace.co.uk tel:0141 221 2123.

Maryhill Art School

We wish Martin McInally and Co a successful launch for their new project the Maryhill Art School.
Here they wish to promote the value of drawing as the basis of all art forms and will be beginning new classes in drawing starting in January of 2010.
We can only agree that drawing is the beginning of all great art even when I have to admit that as you get older you sometimes simply do it in your head.
